Our brigade is made of Italian chefs. Cooking within your own food culture changes everything: the gestures, the rest times, the cooking thresholds all follow from that habit. We do not translate a recipe, we execute it the way it is done at home.
The ingredients follow the same logic: Italian flour for the pizza, olive oil, cured meats and cheese from Italy. That is what lets the dough carry the right hydration, the mascarpone hold up on the tiramisu, the cheese melt without sourness.

We kept the menu wide: antipasti, a board of imported cured meats, focaccia burrata, pasta (cacio e pepe, carbonara Roma, linguine alle vongole), pizzas and desserts (tiramisu, cannoli, panna cotta). The Neapolitan pizzas are made on site by our Italian chefs: the classics (Marinara, Margherita, Regina, Diavola, Quattro Formaggi) and chef creations such as the Genovese, the Tartufo and the Pepe Zino. Capacity and atmosphere at the table
120 seats in total, split between the indoor room and a light-flooded 60-seat veranda. The veranda is the favourite of families and groups; the indoor room draws couples and weekday lunch regulars. When a party of fifteen drives in from Gemenos, we do not need to privatise: service keeps flowing and the other tables are undisturbed.
