Our brigade is made of Italian chefs. Cooking within your own food culture changes everything: the gestures, the rest times, the cooking thresholds all follow from that habit. We do not translate a recipe, we execute it the way it is done at home.

Capacity and atmosphere at the table
120 seats in total, split between the indoor room and a light-flooded 60-seat veranda. The veranda is the favourite of families and groups; the indoor room draws couples and weekday lunch regulars. When a party of fifteen drives in from Gemenos, we do not need to privatise: service keeps flowing and the other tables are undisturbed.
